Big Lie Lawyer’s Fury Grows As RNC Downplays Its Early Skepticism Of Election-Reversal Fight | Talking Points Memo

Jenna Ellis, who was part of former President Trump’s legal team that unsuccessfully sought to challenge the election results, on Tuesday continued her crusade against Republican National Committee officials who had been skeptical of Trumpworld’s bogus claims of a “stolen” presidential election.

This is more good news for John McCain.

All good, if it leads to the breakup of the Republican Party.
Big if, but that would be VERY good for the country.

She’s not a “lawyer”, she’s a cosplayer and a failed Fox audition.

These are YOUR people Jenna - they are you, you are them.

Too bad for Ms. McDaniel and the RNC that the “Memory Hole” is not a thing on the Internet. There’s no MiniTru to cover for them. Because the party is now even more tightly revolving around Trump in its decaying orbit, they are trying to pretend they were never opposed to his “position,” but too many people have too many receipts for them to successfully play that game.

I guess they were going to try to bluff their way through and hope that folks like Ms. Ellis were too stupid/deranged/incoherent to call them on it.

Ellis… former Trump lawyer

And latest addition to the Endangered Species List.

Jenna Ellis, today:

Ronna Romney McDanial is lying on @newsmax right now. WOW.

It is, after all, Newsmax.

If Melania walks, I thinks we’re looking at Trump-Wife #4. Eat your heart out, Rudy.

This may be the sole instance when Ms. Ellis was right about something. I do fail to see how not going along with Ronna helps her cause though. Maybe she expected TFG to make Ronna grovel more in atonement although I always thought that being forced to change your name was the ultimate grovel. At any rate, I don’t think a threat to leave the party produces the same paralyzing fear that Trump threatening to leave does.

I’m still surprised that hasn’t happened yet. I wonder if she and the MFWNWNBM have spoken to each other this year?

I assume she’s leaving the GOP to resume her pole dancing career in Tampa?

Rudy passing notes in study hall was the only way he could still prove himself useful. If that’s over-----

Well, I did see that Democrats are negotiating amongst themselves on the items in the infrastructure reconciliation bill. You know, like pols used to do back when government actually functioned. Sounds like total disarray to me.

Why do something mundane like that when you could be spinning fascist fantasies on Fox and Newsmax?

I think that as far as we can attribute logical thought processes to Ellis, she’s miffed that McDaniel and the RNC are trying to pretend they were always not at war with Trump, while Ellis has always been a true-believer. She wants to be acknowledged as “better” than them for never doubting Trump like they did. It doesn’t matter to her if they’re are on the “right” side now, the fact that they tried to ignore their former transgressions (and not come groveling back, as you point out) is a big deal for her.

Ellis, like her North Star, is vindictive as hell.

Agree. It seems so self-defeating which, in the end, should not be surprising.

As my father used to say on similar occasions, chuckling with at least a small degree of satisfaction, “When thieves fall out . . .”
