If President Donald Trump loses to Democratic rival and former Vice President Joe Biden in the November election, he shouldn’t expect to receive the Nixon treatment that was provided by former President Gerald Ford, according to Biden.
Biden told the voter “that will not happen, I guarantee you” and that “it’s hands off completely.”

I worry that this might push Trump and Barr over the edge to fabricate charges against Biden. Not that they need much encouragement, but still.

“Looking forward and not backward” was bullshit and it made me lose confidence in Obama. That, along with the assassinations of American citizens overseas, lost me completely.
As far as Trump is concerned the need for a Biden pardon is moot, because he’s going to do whatever he can in the next few months to put Biden in jail. Yeah. it’ll be in vain, he’ll flail away and flog the dead horse. But he’ll be dragging the Senate and the DOJ into it, and Barr will probably make some notional moves to placate him. Which in and of themselves will be outrageous and quasi-criminal. But Biden will be limited to pushing back verbally, as will his allies, all the while Trump and Barr are pulling stupid stunts to push the narrative Biden is a traitor.
Biden should come out immediately, like in the next hour, and condemn this hack, making it clear he thinks it’s a crime, and offering any help Trump requests should there be a way Biden could be of assistance or support.
But…but…what’s he doing to WIN my VOTE?!?!?!?! I can’t VOTE for him UNLESS he wins MY VOTE!!!
Hopefully NY, city and state, plus all the women will keep Trump busy for the rest of is life.
The 2016 Presidential campaign was Trump at his worst, or so we thought. The 2020 Presidential will be even worse. Trump’s DNA is pure dirt.
Of course he won’t get involved but all he has to do is appoint an AG who believes in the rule of law and everything will follow from that.

I’m not qualified to say with authority but my gut says Biden will probably win. If so there’s a sea change on the bullshit horizon coming up. Biden can reveal the Mueller finding in total, establish a DOJ that won’t put up with GOP’er bullshit and arrest them if they fail to honor subpoenas. He’ll probably release Trump’s taxes as well. All this is karma. Look at the crap the Trump’ers have thrown his way. He’d have to be a saint to treat them well. I doubt Trump is prosecuted though.

By the way, the law firm whose servers were hacked is not denying it. Nearly a terabyte of data was copied (only some of it pertaining allegedly to Trump).
Having lived through the Ford pardon of Nixon, this from Biden is a breath of fresh air. Trump would deserve whatever he gets after the way he has corrupted and mismanaged the DOJ for four long years. And, hopefully, Barr wouldn’t escape unscathed as well but that might be just wishful thinking on my part.
