Joe is being Presidential. It is extremely rare for a presidential candidate to say this about his opponent.
But it’s the Truth
That’s why it’s Presidential. There is no “both sides” on this. The entire GOP is included, especially when (1) Trump asks for their support and (2) They freely and enthusiastically give their support.
There is nothing “weak” in this statement, or misdirected.
Ben Sasse will take no chances and will kiss the Dear Leader ass when the time comes.
My guess is that his internals show that, right now, Trump is becoming a liability.
