The White House announced a schedule change to the vice president’s schedule today: he’s now scheduled to swear Brown in at the Capitol at 5 p.m. ET.Brown also announced this morning that Steven P. Schrage would be his chief of staff. Schrage served as deputy assistant secretary of state and acting assistant secretary under Colin Powell.
