President-elect Joe Biden on Monday said that his transition team has hit “roadblocks” put up by leadership at the Department of Defense and the Office of Management and Budget.
“It’s nothing short, in my view, of irresponsibility.”
That is, to my mind, a very tame way of characterizing it.
I’m still having a hard time believing that Trump is behind all of this. The man can not plan, the man is not into details, outside of appearances, and even though Trump’s bubble is off center I think he keeps the attention on himself thus distracting us from finding out what others are doing in their assignments.

If you think that Trump doesn’t have the mental wherewithal to micromanage all of this, it really doesn’t require that much attention. Just like in any management instruction manual, it’s delegation.
