Her background and experience will be different than any serving associate justice.

I didn’t know she was the judge who wrote “a president is not a king”! I look forward to reading more of her writing. Also it’s about time we had a defense lawyer on the SCOTUS.

All the candidates he was looking at were excellent. Here’s hoping that Biden gets more vacancies to fill with some of the other stellar candidates he was considering.
