It’s the day after Democratic president-elect Joe Biden has officially been projected to make his return to the White House as the next POTUS.
Mittens is on Press the Meat, suggesting that America doesn’t support the policies Joe Biden was elected on.
What a clueless, spineless douchebag.
Has the motherfucker conceded yet?
No, but he is up and tweeting about how “Philladelphia” and Detroit cheated.
Here’s hoping that Spanky’s essential unfitness for public office becomes more and more undeniable as he melts down.
Is that “D-AK”?
Oh Great American Spirit, Uncle Sam.
We’ve been good trouble-ing for almost four years now.
For Thanksgiving and Christmas can we have the now fed-up Republicans with nothing to fear from Lame Duck L’Orange invoke the 25th Amendment? Resigning in disgrace/spite and exile to Mar-A-Lago is also fine.
Yours Truly, The Majority Who Voted For Biden-Harris.
I am very gratified that when Trump refused to concede, everyone simply ignored him. No agonizing over “how can he do this” or begging Republicans to talk sense to him. That was the moment where I understood that Trump has lost power.
I am amazed that he wasn’t tweeting at all during Biden’s acceptance. I think someone gave him a sleeping pill and/or took his phone away…
I am still afraid he may start trying to grasp for at least the illusions of I Am Still In Charge Here by doing things even crazier than usual. It will be interesting to see whether he gets obedience or not. I think his supposed power will evaporate as his irrelevancy grows.
Which one?
Cheating - meaning not voting pro-Dotard.
I hope he never concedes, and is carried bodily from the White House on 1/20/21 as 12:00 EST.
Ahhhhh, woke up to the first sunrise in 4 years where I felt like our country might have a decent shot at-well, decency.
And then just saw that Ilhan Omar has won re election . Hot diggity this is the most amazing weekend I’ve had in a really long time.
I thought the schadenfreude might pass, but nope. Just getting started. Oh, well, it is what it is
I did a double-take too. Thought I missed something!
Time to win GA, and have a OD on it.
Back in 2008, David Gregory, host of MTP, fawned over John McCain even after he lost to Obama. He essentially anointed him president. You’d think MTP would have had Obama people on first to talk about the new administration but no, Gregory invited McCain as the first guest. Over the next few years McCain proceeded to break the MTP record for number of invitations to appear on the show. I suspect Chuck Todd may do the same with someone like Romney, inviting him to appear and giving him a free soapbox.
NBC has a long history of kowtowing to GOPers such as Lauer and Guthrie fawning over Trump whenever he called in by “surprise” to the Today Show. And the evening that Obamacare was passed (one of the most important pieces of legislation in US history), I purposefully turned into NBC News to watch the good news and sure enough they led off with a story about Sarah Palin’s reaction. I am still stunned by that to this day.
That’s why I’m hoping Sore Loserman spends every last minute between now and Biden’s inauguration golfing and tweeting into the void, nothing else.
“While we may not always agree, I will work with them to do what is right for Alaska — …" Sen. Murkowski
This is what is wrong with these people (maybe even Democrats) in that it should be “for America.” Your state should be second.
I hope nutcase never concedes and spends the rest of his life crying boo hoo about it while the world takes no notice. President Elect Biden can afford to be graceful and not dwell on what’s-his-name’s difficulties with reality.
And “for my party” should be last.
