The Bernie campaign is in a downward spiral and his ego won’t let him pull out.

I think the thing that struck me during the last debate is that Joe allows himself to be affected by what he hears. Bernie does not. I’m not sure these dire circumstances will actually affect his campaign mode. There is something primitive brained in his style. Everything goes out, little comes in. He’ll remain til the bitter end. In fact the phrase “the bitter end” was coined for just such a personality.

O/T Apparently Rand Paul is holding up voting on the House Coronavirus Bill because he wants to stop the war in Afghanistan, Claire McCaskill said on MSNBC. W T F ???

Time for Bernie to withdraw, throw his full support to Biden, and keep encouraging his supporters to vote for Joe and vote Democratic up and down the tickets in their states. And to say he’ll keep fighting for his issues as a proud member of a Democratic-majority Senate.

Be an American hero, Bernie. Now’s your best chance.

Does Rand have any neighbors who are bigger and tougher than the other guy?

Governors cancelling their primaries!

Voting judges not showing up for work!

Voter turnout in hundreds of counties 20-60% lower than expected!

It’s a fucking sweep for Biden I tell you!

But by getting annihilated tonight, Bernie just proved that he actually won the hearts and minds of those who didn’t turn out for him, see? His failure is a victory — a victory of the mind, man. Bernie didn’t fail — he was failed by those selfish people not turning out to vote for him, whom they really, really, would have voted for. No, really.

Interesting fact: A braying jackass makes only one sound.

Joe thanks for pushing the conversation left. Now let Biden have it, and continue to push left from your Senate seat.

Well, technically “Ónn - Eee!” are two sounds, but yes.

I wouldn’t go to Rand’s house if he was hoarding the last roll of toilet paper in town -which I imagine is just the kind of thing he would do. And which is why his neighbors react the way they do.

“Sanders has no practical path to overtaking Biden for the delegate lead in the primary season,.

Only someone whose ego supersedes their intellect, civic duty, and human decency would remain in a no-win race – mouthing false hope to followers and begging for their coin – while endangering the de facto Democratic nominee and vulnerable voters who are sheltering in place all across America.

The people have spoken – by overwhelmingly rejecting him.

Bernie is lucky turnout was lower.

You are correct, sir: the Corporate Wall Street Democratic Party is colluding with the GOP governors to ensure that Bernie Sanders loses!

It is all a vast plot! We all know that the vast majority of Democratic voters actually support Sanders, so they must be brainwashed and then bodily stopped from going to the polls, or mailing in their vote!

Did you know that the machines are hacked? It’s true! Most of the votes went to Bernie in all of those states, so the Corporate Wall Street Shills started changing the numbers to ensure a Biden victory.

I think George Soros is involved, as he is in most things…

Rand Paul is weirdly obsessed with that war. Why?? To hold up the vote on the Coronavirus Bill is just disgusting and irresponsible. Oh wait…that describes Rand Paul perfectly.

It’s Rand Paul. He’s a younger Bernie, putting his ideology ahead of the national collective good.

Well, we will see if Bernie is capable of that level of politics. He has been a one-note song his entire life. I don’t see him changing but maybe I will be pleasantly surprised.
