We can thank NBC for giving Trump some free advertising to help balance things out.

Iā€™m concerned about the lack of enthusiasm for Biden.

ā€œTo every person who chipped in a few dollars last month ā€” thank you. Because of your support, we raised an astounding $383 million,ā€ Biden tweeted. ā€œIā€™m incredibly humbled.ā€

If only the contributions this year were tax-deductible.

Maybe he will do something about that in February.

Depends on the How - if there are real challenges, Trump unhinged is good - itā€™s negative advertising just like his debate performance.

Many observers have noted a correlation between more Direct Trump visibility and polling declines.

Trumpā€™s 2016 rebounds were when Clinton was in the news / dominating the cycle (negatively to be sure).

So long as there are some ā€˜town hall peopleā€™ who are not Trump sycophants and push a few buttons itā€™s likely to be a plusā€¦ for Biden and the nation.

When you combine that number with the long early voting lines with the high percentage of mail in voting with the Republicans lack of a message, with the publicā€™s revulsion with Republican voter suppression and the broad response to the Taylor and George police murders, it is pretty clear that this is going to be a crushing landslide. Republicans are going to lose the Senate.

That is probably why they are so intent on putting Amy Coney Barret on the court right now. There wonā€™t be another chance for a generation.

For me the real bright spot is in the new south. A lot of southern states are going purple.

Reminds me of the High Dungeon hand-wringing by the Lefty Left end 2019 early 2020 - oh how terrible it was Joe was on the route to be the man. Oh and how useless it was to try to get the Center, flip the I or Soft R women. No, it was all about ginning up the urban youth voteā€¦

Bidenā€™s campaign has so much money they could almost get Donald Trump out of debt

Thatā€™s OK. I will be watching Joe on ABC. Hoping for a ratings blow-out as a prelude to 11/3. I can catch Drumpfā€™s demented ramblings in the recap later on.

Biden was by no stretch my first choice for nominee, but when it became clear that this yearā€™s mood is fear (in 2016 it was anger), it also became clear that Biden was the right fit.
