Yet another well qualified candidate for Attorney General in the Biden Administration.

Nice to have so many options for the upcoming prosecutions.

I hope and assume he has a plan. High-end lawyers in my experience aren’t really prone to just giving up for fear of conflict.

Biden needs to commit to prosecuting ALL the crooks of the previous administration, and not wimp-out like Obama did.

Hopefully he won’t be quite so discreet about what happened to cause his resignation once he is officially out on the street.

I smell the dank odor of obstruction of justice on Barr’s part here.

I’d really like to know how they got to him.

Berman? You do know he contributed to Trump 2016, etc., and was hand selected by Trump to work in the administration, right?

“These guys are just…sad” …thinking evil might be the word you are looking for there.

Oh for fuck’s sake. I don’t know what to say anymore. I hope he kept the combination to the safe a secret when he left.

Well, trump loves chaos. He said so and so did his press secretary just yesterday

All this time, I thought that "choosing public spectacle over public service” was the motto of the Trump administration.
Sorta off topic, but I’m curious: Twitter is, of course, all atwitter with speculation about what case was the impetus for this. My favorite was that they had word from a SCOTUS clerk that they would lose the finances case either 5-4 or 6-3. If so, what are the chances that Roberts releases that decision on Tuesday?

I think more information will come out Wednesday if Berman chooses to testify to Nadler,

They can’t really order him not to once he’s out, can they?

What the effing F? He said he had no intention of resigning.

That didn’t end well, did it?

Berman would have the same speech freedom the rest of us do unless there’s something classified.
