TRIPOLI, Libya (AP) — A car bomb exploded Monday near a hospital in the eastern Libyan city of Benghazi, killing at least 10 people, officials said, in one of the biggest attacks since the end of the civil war that ousted former dictator Moammar Gadhafi.Attackers used a remote control to detonate the explosives-laden car, which was parked outside a bakery near the city’s main hospital, according to Abdel-Salam al-Barghathi, a senior security official. Weapons including Kalashnikov rifles were found inside the car.
