You misunderstand me. I donât even take out the garbage without putting on a mask, and odds are very high that I started wearing a mask long before you did.
The misinformation that a non-pro wearing a non-pro mask affords personal protection can lead people to take risks they should not. Yeah, go to that social event where half the people arenât wearning masks. Your wearing a mask, while the right thing to do, does not significantly improve your own odds.

Iâm afraid @ occamscoin is correct. You should wear a mask to protect other people from your exhalations. That is the reason that republicans donât want to wear them, the same one why they drive huge ass trucks that pollute a lot, they donât give a shit about other people. If you are trying to protect yourself use N95 masks.
