Yes.
I do think both Biden and Garland have a sworn duty to insure that the laws are faithfully enforced. How to do this is beyond me, but the DoJ including the FBI need to be authorized to intervene using whatever means necessary to insure the integrity of the vote and the certification of the count.
AG Barr did not intervene on Trump’s behalf in 2020 & 2021, but he also did nothing to head off Jan. 6 and all the fraud associated with the Trump Campaign. Garland needs to do much better.
