I’m pretty certain Dominion sent Fox certified letters stating the falsity of the information and so forth and gave them 7-14 days (or whatever) to stop repeating the falsehoods. Dominion should be covered on that aspect.

Sounds like Bannon was just infibulated in court today … and by a judge that TFG appointed. Judge Carl Nichols is no liberal and ruled against Bannon on virtually every motion made by Bannon’s defense team and the hearing ended with Bannon’s attorney David Schoen saying:
“What’s the point in going to trial here if there are no defenses?”
The quoted response form the judge was something like:
“You might want to consider that.”
There is no slap on the wrist. There is a mandatory minimum federal sentence. Better yet, they need to just send that piece of fascist filth to the oubliette.

That NYT article is an editor hack job, possibly with collaboration from the reporters. The headline and blurb don’t match the article text, which says things like:

A small team of prosecutors in the U.S. attorney’s office in Washington has ramped up its investigation into a scheme to install fake state electors, spearheaded by lawyers who were in frequent contact with Mr. Trump. And the Justice Department’s watchdog is investigating efforts undertaken by Jeffrey Clark, a former department official who discussed the plan with Mr. Trump, to undo the results of the election.
The article cites no sources, not even anonymous ones. It also fails to mention that the Jeffy Clark investigation by the DoJ IG preceded the committee hearings, and that the referrals from state AGs of the alternafraud elector investigations happened only around January this year.

Nobody inside has said what was said, but Fat AG went from a meeting at SDNY to a meeting with Murdoch. This happened the day before Lev and Igor got arrested at Dulles, where they were intending to fly to Vienna to prep Shokin for an interview with Hannity, which was hastily cancelled.
