Attorney General Bill Barr on Wednesday shared an absurd response when pressed on why he’s floated the baseless assertion of foreign countries potentially producing and sending out fake mail-in ballots in the November election, during an interview on CNN.
So Trump released the Barr to CNN to show that he’s not the most evil person among that group. It’s amazing to think that Trump might be only the 15th or 20th worst GOPer out there.
Pretty logical in a way. I mean he knows better than anyone that foreign actors influenced the last presidential election.
What he chooses to enforce…weeeelllllll, that’s a different conversation.
“As I’ve said repeatedly, I’m basing that on logic,” Barr said, which prompted Blitzer to ask, “pardon?”

I like an Attorney General who looks at existing laws before he draws a conclusion on whether or not the laws would allow for foreign countries to counterfeit ballots. As far as I know, mail in and absentee ballots have security built in, but then I don’t have a team of researchers to check it for me. Hmmm…who might have people who could do legal research? I know there’s someone.
Barr reiterated that he does not have any information supporting his baseless assertion. The attorney general went on to say that he’s unsure about the exact number of indictments the Justice Department has brought against people committing voter fraud.
“I don’t know how many we have,” Barr said. “I know there are a number of investigations right now, some very big ones in states.”
Well, let’s see. I suspect the vast majority of these “investigations” involve Republicans. You know, like the dude in North Carolina that makes his living off of vote fraud. What was his name? L. McCrae Dowless Jr.? What’s that “L” stand for? Liar? Loser? Lousy? Leprous?
Barr is an evil toady. Hands down among the very worst. I suspect he’s going to end up like John Mitchell in the greybar hotel.

I don’t know if it’s worse that he’s an asshole who thinks he’s clever, or that he’s an imbecile who heads the fucking Justice apparatus of our country.
Barr would never be able to sell driveway sealcoating. The only transparent part he has? He’s a lousy liar. Still dishonest mind you, but a lousy liar.

During prenancy his mother was frightened by a letter carrier. This is the only explanation of why he is triggered by thoughts of mail-in voting. He shakes like a dog shitting razorblades when he sees a anything with a stamp on it.
I believe Barr’s logic is to divert people’s attention from the firehose of foreign effort for Trump through Fox News and social media.
The polls today for Biden are simply unprecedented. It’s not that Trump’s convention bounce has faded quickly, but it looks like there is a post-convention surge to Biden among white voters and Latinos. In every major poll released today: Selzer, YouGOV, CNN, Quinnipiac, Fox state polls, Biden has gained from the prior surveys and is basically tied with Trump among whites. In AZ, Biden has exploded to a 46 point margin among Latino voters in AZ and is tied among whites. Trump looks done there and might have to quit the state in 3 weeks if this keeps up.
I would call that “geometric logic”. And he knows who stole the strawberries.

In testimony a few weeks ago he said it was “Common sense” when asked the same question. Why is this shocking? He’s been saying it from the get go.
Also “Common sense” is such a BS go to catch phrase for CONservatives used in place of “They told me” and “Some might say”.
