Hate to put it so crudely, but is my math correct if I’m thinking “for every 10 voters we lost, they lost 13?”
Makes me sad to admit, but looking at it this way makes the outcome more acceptable. Combined with the fact that as of now, the difference in death rates is probably far higher as almost all of those dying are unvaccinated, and D vax rates are way way higher.
I simply can’t have any sympathy if you have no reason other than willful ignorance for not being vaccinated. And if you’re an R voter, then I’m damn near happy.

The people who died in red states may not be “mostly Republican voters.” The certainly were not all Republican voters. In blue states the dead may not all have been mostly Democrats. .

Off topic, but another example of craziness of the gun-loving Republican Party.
So now, they are against reproductive (birth) control as they claim that life begins immediately at conception, but they are OK with preventing safety-net programs to house and feed, maintain health care, and teach the young as well as preventing/minimizing what is now the leading killer of children, guns. But it does make sense in a perverted way - weren’t the Russians a large benefactor of the NRA? The Republican Party just can’t quit the Russians, can they. What is going on?

Have you ever made millions off of a scam to bilk middle class people using their trust, honesty and patriotism to goad them into sending you money? Ever made thousands? How about hundreds - ever made hundreds?
My problem is I always imagine the people whose lives are being hurt by my actions. Scam artists and con men do not actually have that capacity. They do not see actual people - they only see rubes and suckers. The GOP is now the 3 card Monty party.

I wonder if veteran and triple amputee Brian Kolfage knew or cared that Trump would excise the pictures of disabled veterans in photo shoots because he viewed them as defective beings and didn’t see them as real humans and American patriots.

They did Michael Flynn him. They had hard evidence of his criminal duplicity and agreed to allow him to plead out rather than go to trial.
How dare they! He obviously is entitled to relief, including a full pardon, full exoneration, and an apology from every Democrat.
