I’d like to place a bet on some logical absurdity … Bannon - if his pardon encompasses issues of January 6th, will refuse to discuss said issues - and will counter any attempt to punish him for not discussing as some sort of convoluted attempt at double jeopardy - trying to punish him for things related to matters for which he was previously pardoned …

Looks like a lot of sun damage too (pre-actinic keratosis), along with the seborrheic keratoses, or non-cancerous age related barnacles. All of which can be taken care of with laser or peel of some sort.

I have been completely unable to find the text of the pardon, unless it’s just that list of a couple dozen people commuted on January 19 with the statement that they were being commuted “for the matters presented to me” or whatever similar thing it actually said. If you could find it, you’re a better Googler than me.

What exactly a person was pardoned for shouldn’t be secret. After all, the non-corrupt use of the pardon power is to provide public exoneration.

Yeah, I think that is just rumors, funny though it is. He may look like a long lost member of the Pogues, but that is just genetic. He doesn’t really act or talk like he drinks heavily. Giuliani, on the other hand, comes across as a bit of a wet brain.

What actions are the concern here regarding the possible pardon?
Wouldn’t the committee have access to any pardon and be taking it into account anyway?
Seems if there was some run-around being attempted regarding January 6th they’d already be on that and I’m inclined to think there isn’t or it would have already come up.
What am I missing?
