Could be soon if he can’t find new lawyers to represent him on the appeal. The ones who were representing him in the criminal contempt case are currently suing him for half a million dollars in unpaid fees.

Bannon has not, thus far, resorted to stunt lawyers to represent him in the criminal case. That may be all that’s available to him now, having stiffed his previous firm that badly.

Bannon and Guo will be able to raise $1 billion in a few hours of fundraising. Conservatives are intensely loyal to their own even if they are sexual predators, pedophiles, crooks, and con artists.
With that kind of money on the line, John Roberts, Rapist Boofer, and Ginni’s Thomas will be there for Guo and Bannon like white on rice, in a New York minute, before you can say Jack Robinson…
Guo should have incorporated prior to committing the billion-dollar-fraud. He would be immune from prosecution, the matter would be settled for a few dollars, and he would given an apology and respect due a job creator.

I think it is because Guo is a fugitive from the Chinese Communist Party’s justice system. Ergo, an excess of paranoia is understandable. Whether 96 cell phones and 44 Faraday cages qualifies as a sufficient excess or a superlative excess is in the eyes of the beholder.
There are many gun owners that are convicted criminals, drug dealers, radicalized terrorists on watch lists, January 6 coup plotters, and domestic abusers who have as many AK-47 and military assault rifles.
