After a Bank Of America director was caught on camera telling Rick Perry “we will help you out,” the bank put out a statement explaining that the offer “was about following up on the substance of the speech about job creation and economic growth.”In the video, a man who appears to be Bank Of America’s director of public policy, James Mahoney, approaches Perry at a New Hampshire event and says: “Bank Of America. We will help you out.” Perry doesn’t appear to respond to him.
