The wildly unpopular “Big Beautiful” reconciliation package continues to face challenges as Senate Republicans prepare for a floor vote later this week. Several Republican senators, including Josh Hawley (R-MO), Susan Collins (R-ME) and Jerry Moran (R-KS), are worried about the deep Medicaid cuts included in the bill text, specifically the proposal that would curtail provider…

Speaker Johnson Claims ‘Big Beautiful’ Bill Won’t Cut Medicaid

Bullshit. Medicaid, Medicare and Social Security will be damaged to feed billionaires bank accounts.
To put a visual to it…

Trump will give up on BBB…

And this is Republican’s fault for not making the letter combination “Triple D’s” or “XXX”

*“We are not cutting Medicaid,” Johnson said this week. “The president has said that and I have said that. We’ve all said that. We’re strengthening the *
program.”

And furthermore, gawd endorses my lies. So there.

First off, anyone who thinks there is any chance that Ron Johnson will somehow save us from anything is at best wishful thinking and more accurately delusional. Rather, his holdout is more with his open hand palm up.

But this gives me real concern.

Leadership is offering a $15 billion stabilization fund for rural hospitals

What would this even look like and how would other hospitals be excluded. That is in my view it really stinks, they are basically trying to have a special fund for Republicans which means it will be written for WHITE people.

Most everything I read at news sites and sometimes here at TPM is delusional. Even my own posts…

The Freedom Caucus is composed of surrender monkeys, as they were called during the Iraq Was. They always capitulate.

Regardless, it signals a slow death for rural health care, yet no decrease in the taxes we (and they) pay.

The problem is that the wackoes of the Freedom Caucus are the ones willing to act like zealots and hold the functions of the government hostage.

I’m sure that the CA-GOPniks (what’s left of them) are already hard at work to figure out a way to route some of those (wholly inadequate) palliative “stabilization” dollars to the “right” parts of the Golden State. Basing the funding formula directly on the Cook PVI, district by district, might be a good start.

“Stabilization” fund, indeed. “The patient is stable. On a slab, in a refrigerated room.”

The same bastards who are gloating about giving billionaires billions of dollars in tax breaks are simultaneously excoriating Zohran Mamdani for promising free buses to NYC.

What fucking hypocrites. But, I repeat myself.

What is the justification for giving the Billionaires more tax breaks? Have any of these toadies in Congress explained that?? Have any of these greedy bastards done any research that has led to bettering the lives of their fellow citizens?? Have any of them started companies that give anyone jobs that meet the cost of living??? Why…other than they are giving lots of money to the toadies…is it necessary to reward these Fat Cats at the expense of the working class???
Bezos fantasy wedding this weekend is the epitome of the selfish indulgence of these worthless assholes.
