I am not saying this is irrelevant. It just does not tell me anything one way or the other right now. I still haven’t decided if Volker is a good guy or a bad guy. And this doesn’t help me decide, because like the other commenter said, it is too light on details. Maybe after Volker testifies, his role in all this stuff, and/or the significance of this, will be more clear.
