You want a real shocker at the kind of influence the US has had historically?

Take one guess where the Nazis got most of their anti-Jewish and miscegenation laws in the 1930s? Yep. Jim Crow. In fact, they couldn’t imagine how it was even possible to enforce such laws, but they appeared to take inspiration from all those nice white christian lynchings of innocent black men and women.

Either we stand up and fight for democracy, or we should all just STFU and keep our sassy witticisms to ourselves. We are in a fight for our lives. What are you doing?

That is somewhat simplistic. The Jewish race has been vilified and discriminated against since Biblical times at least. Jim Crow is just another example of man’s need to be a dick. Blaming others and hating others is as old as mankind itself.

Simplistic? Man, that’s some Olympic-level whataboutism.

The point I was making was clearly lost.

The most generous interpretation is that you’re simply too naive to understand the point I was making. The least generous is that you’re fascist-curious and are more than happy to excuse bad actors you are starting to think had a point.

You are simply too angry and too tiresome to engage with.

You say that like it means something, or I should give a shit.
