With his legal options on this planet dwindling, Trump is placing all of his hopes on identifying another planet that might have intergalactic jurisdiction over Earth.
On the heels of his Space Force announcement, astronomers expressed deep skepticism that a planet with a functioning legal system could be located before the Electoral College casts its votes on Monday.

Because the GOP has lost its collective mind but the real issue is this act is in violation of the 14 Amendment, Section 3 and that should be addressed.
May I ask a question? Why wasn’t the SCOTUS ruling signed by the justices? I know they have the option of not signing a decision when they do not hear the case, but I would have thought the request, no matter how unjustified I thought it was, and the Court’s subsequent decision, had extraordinary significance. To ignore such importance and treat it as any “ordinary” request to the Supreme Court is only playing into the hands and nature of what I consider seditious State Attorney Generals and Republican members of Congress. Did they sign it and I missed it?

The SCOTUS did the smart thing in denying based on a lack of standing. By not considering any argument connected to TX AG’s claims, there’s nothing that can be used for future cases. The attempt to change the law based on a fraudulent or false pretense would completely undermine the integrity of our system of gov’t.
