I have no problem with Faux supporting a debate, just so it’s not on their network or with their personalities moderating.
And, if they don’t wanna give it to a commercial competitor, how’s about PBS (which I know almost nothing about over the last 30 years?)

Not a comment on Mayall specifically. But, your post reminded me of a documentary I saw years ago about how Blues artists thrived in England and thus influenced a new generation of Rock musicians that came out of that country in the 60s and early 70s. I’m grateful that the Brits helped to keep this wonderful genre alive.

So, he’s weaseling on debating Harris, unless it’s on his own terms and his own network, because he agreed to debate Biden, not her. And then he says that she’s no different from Biden.
Heads spin, but apparently not his because he can’t recognize that he just contradicted himself. Time for that cognitive exam, but not one administered by Dr. Feelgood Jackson.

Earlier this afternoon while driving with my young adult daughter, a great old John Mayall tune came up on Deep Tracks. We spoke of Mayall. I noted that by 1966, every other British male from the age of 11 to 30 was in a blues band. Thanks for everything, John.

It is so refreshing to see that big smile on the Candidate Harris’s face in the many photos shown; and not the retched orange smear we are assulted w/ daily (amazingly absent today). But it would be nice to see some the fierce, intelligence and intensity that she can so finely present.

Sen. Mark Kelly (D-AZ) dodged questions about whether he might be among those on the shortlist being vetted as Harris’ running mate, telling CNN: “This is not about me. This is about the future of this country.”
“This isn’t about Arizona; this isn’t about any of the battleground states. This is about the future of our country,” he added.
This sounds like something someone on the very short list would say.

) how Joe saved us from the chaos that the donor class was about to unleash on the Democratic party with their open convention.
Where we are today, unified behind Harris was not the original plan for the big donors. The speed of Biden’s endorsement of Harris and the quick rally by Democratic voters is how we ended up back on solid ground.
Remember that tonight when watching Joe. He saved us from Trump in 2020 and will likely have saved us again in 2024. Thanks Joe!

I love the deep irony that your statement is functionally true.
It’s not “the globalists” or “The Jews”, but Trump and the GOP are actually driven by the same people and ideas that have been whittling away the 99%, stealing their pensions, capturing all their opportunities, and undermining their legal rights and privileges, all for the sake of Corporate America’s endless CEO bonuses and the stock assets of venture capitalists. Who have mostly united behind Trump to destroy the Constitution so they can turn the nation into a workhouse.
