“The numbers are pretty amazing” in the United States…”

Indeed…”amazing” to the science denier Covidiot Trump!

America is now the 3rd highest country worldwide with Covid-19 infections = 43,214, next only to Italy who has reached over 6k death toll!

What’s so amazing with that Covidiot Trump?
And just for your edification, 43k is NOT the stock market points!

Dead is dead.

Broke is recoverable.

The dying will be glad to know they were sacrificed for a couple of good news cycles. If that.

So adding to the never-ending list of Trumpian inconsistencies ignored by his cultists:

Pro-life: good while in the womb.

Pro-life: bad when it affects the economy or re-election hopes.

as the immunology expert Dr. Deborah Birx — an advocate for just the “cure” that Trump says is destroying the economy, social distancing — stood behind him without any noticeable reaction.

I noticed she sighed, and then her face was blank as she visited her happy place in her mind

Tangible evidence of the lack of a soul or conscience if she is still trying to provide credence to the Orange Shitgibbon.

Trump says “we are at war with the virus” over the weekend, then the next day declares he will surrender in a week or so, because the stock market is tanking.

Got it.

I just flipped the TV to Fox News. The lieutenant governor of Texas basically said that grandparents should be willing to die so their grandchildren wouldn’t have to live through a recession. Swear to God.

Even Tucker Carlson seemed taken aback. There goes his audience.

He has no power to open up anything because he never closed down anything. He didn’t issue any social distancing regs, shut down parks or quarantines. He keeps talking about the market needing to open up. He never shut it down. They didn’t shut themselves down. The stock exchanges have been open the whole time. It’s just that they see a mismanaged public health disaster as bad for the economy and corporate balance sheets so they’re selling off big time.

Ignore this fool.

I’ve made a lot of decisions in my life, we all have. Some turned out good, some not so good, again, like all of you. But my decision today to turn of the TV when the daily campaign rally began was one of my better ones.
I noticed NBC yanked it for their news show, so good on them.

I fucking hate this … He’s going to try and re-open the country in 10 business days and we’re going to have five to ten million dead people in this country as a result. I hope that the Republican Party is one of the causalities.
