I think dismantling Fox News and ClearChannel might go a long way. These people might not hate America and libs if they weren’t force-fed their own body weight in hateful propaganda on the daily.

Finally…a measured and rational response that avoids the tribalism…
Adversity for the sake of adversity drive a lot of what we call “politics”.
Other popular social activities serve to act as expressions of rivalry and opposing allegiances.
The reason I do not patronize FOX has a lot to do with the fact that my pet peeves are different.
When Trump started being a demagogue he attracted people who felt that he had charisma (and other characteristics which made them feel better)

In the end I would expect Trump to get the maximum penalty for whatever crimes he’s accused of simply because he’s the world’s worst defendant. I seriously doubt anyone else would have been found liable in his recent defamation/rape trial, but Trump not only couldn’t keep his mouth shut, he seemed to go out of his way to convince the jury he was guilty in spite of the rather scant direct evidence against him.
I doubt it matters who the judge is. Trump will again go out of his way to ensure he is found guilty and sentenced to the maximum possible penalties on all counts. I guarantee it.
