One of the big reasons Blacks are so suspicious of the CDC approved vaccines is that they were experimented on in the past in just this manner. In an interview later that day the doctor said that his treatment was an overwhelming success and not a single inmate at that prison had worms.
As much as people want to dump on this guy, I do believe he was trying to do good as opposed to the other 5000 grifters who are promoting and selling this stuff to the public.
He was hoping a successful experiment on prisoners would be his ticket out of being an arkansas prison doctor.

Nothing int he world an American Protestant likes more than someone to treat like a serf. Says a lot about who they armed during the Reformation, why they venerate money as a rite of Godliness and the rest.
