Of course all of his votes were correctly counted. However, Mayes somehow had votes incorrectly added to his total.
WTF is it with these creeps.
Logic and reason need not apply.
Ok but they can’t possibly prove which votes were lost in the first place, let alone who the votes were for. They aren’t even trying to claim that the imaginary lost votes were biased against the loser, and they couldn’t possibly prove that either.
And here is another reason to repeal open-carry laws: All these Arizonans shooting themselves–and, potentially, their party–in the foot.
It gives them something to do at least
In an advanced 1st world developed country, having 35%+ machines fail at their one and only job on first go is appalling.
These AZ MAGATS are like turds floating to the top of the GOP (Glorifier’s of Putin) toilet! Whewie!
Not sure that Arizona qualifies as an advanced nation
Another sore loser. And that’s the only description that should be used to identify these idiots demanding elections be overturned and ballots for the other side discounted based on their disbelief that they didn’t win - and nothing more.
You know, there are supposed to be penalties for filing frivolous lawsuits.
When do these idiots start getting sanctioned?
Sort of like Ticketmaster?
Their one job is selling tickets…
"Nobody could’ve have predicted that. I just think this is something … that you can never really think is going to happen.”
— The Cockholster of Queens, March 6, 2020
Well…based on the basic capitalistic charter, their one job is to make money for their owners/shareholders and people expect they achieve that by selling tickets, until of course they feel they can make more money by not selling tickets.
Hamadeh makes one additional claim not mentioned in the article. Count V says County Recorders wrongfully verified early ballot signatures by comparing them to something other than the signature on the voter’s registration record. If successful, this would probably invalidate the greatest number of votes.
Hamadeh is asking the court to reduce each candidate’s number of early votes by some percentage. Early ballots tilted toward Democrats, so they would lose more votes under his proposal.
The challenged method of verification is included in AZ’s 2019 Election Procedures Manual, drafted by Democrat Katie Hobbs as SoS. But it was approved by Republicans Gov. Doucey and AG Brnovich.
Why approve it then and attack it now? Historically, Republicans used early voting more than Democrats. That margin narrowed in 2018, but still existed. So, Republicans wanted every early vote to count.
Now that early voting patterns have reversed, Republicans have suddenly “discovered” that the verification method – approved by the current Rep. Gov and Rep. AG, and used in both primary and general elections in 2020 and 2022 – is grievously wrong.
No court charged with decision making in such disputes will be fooled with these spurious arguments
Your comment, while true, is quite irrelevant to the relief being sought by this MAGA Trumpster POS whining loser KOCH-head, who is really quite despicable.
Hamadeh: “Those votes for me have been lost, misplaced, hidden, stolen! Take my word for it!”

“Better yet, just call the election for me and call it a day.”
So his name is Abe Hamadeh? I thought that until recently, Muslims, or people with Muslim names, were inveterate terrorists and Public Enemy Number 1. I guess it shows that everything in GOPWorld has pivoted to hating librulls, and teh gays.
I leave the last word to George Orwell:
“As for the hate-campaigns in which totalitarian régimes ceaselessly indulge, they are real enough while they last, but are simply dictated by the needs of the moment. Jews, Poles, Trotskyists, English, French, Czechs, Democrats, Fascists, Marxists — almost anyone can figure as Public Enemy No. 1. Hatred can be turned in any direction at a moment’s notice, like a plumber’s blow-flame.”
There’s a lady who won her race to be a Rep. in state (not federal) district 13 here in AZ. I forget her name but she won and still is contesting the count like she lost. She is even saying she’d not vote on legislation here in AZ until her election is figured out. A person wins and complains about it. Go figure.
