This is a good way to start the week, seeing the federal courts uphold a legal subpoena. It also leaves less room for the SC to overturn the decision without looking very partisan.
Like Kavanaugh, Alito and Thomas care about what people think.
So this is good, right, and not just in the way that “wrestling” fans booing Trump is good?
I’m being facetious, of course, but now it goes to SCOTUS which will certainly issue a stay pending review…sometime in 2021…when it will overturn, citing blah blah.
Those “Federalists” sure aren’t sometimes, huh?
Follow the money all the way to the SC! Let’s see what the Stolen-Seat-Gorsuch and the SexaulAssaulter-In-Robes will do!

One can only hope that Trump’s accounting firm is NOT like Deutsche Bank who later said they do not have his tax returns after all!
Ben Dover, Donald!
It’s a good way to start the week knowing how worried and helpless Trump must feel, too.
IANAL, so will someone share the gist of the decision? please and thank you
Even federal appeals judges are booing him now.
Sad!
Ah! Some light!
True, but Roberts does and he would be the swing vote.
Trump and his spawn Fredo, Dummy, Jared, and Wife No. 4 are one step closer to going to NY state prison. Sad.
…which gives you a tip-off to just how bad those financial records must be. Trump must know that there’s a boatload of tax and bank fraud lurking in every box of that data dump.
This along with the release of the depositions is going to give DJT a bit of heartburn.
New York continues to treat him very badly.
He should show them and move to Florida or something and never ever pay New York state taxes again.
Oh, wait.
The Tangerine terror keeps losing in court. You would think he’d learn, but it seems he is incapable of doing so.
Even my little grandnephews have pretty much figured out that threatening to run away from home forever will not avail them. Their parents are inclined to offer to help them pack.
Even worse, the other prisoners will boo them.
We might not get a response from the criminal in chief today as he’s riding to the rescue of Kentucky’s governor. Here’s hoping he loses on all counts.
