An environmental group has released an ad painting Sen. Blanche Lincoln (D-AR) as an ally of Big Oil, and features liberal scourges George W. Bush, Dick Cheney and BP.In a parody of the now-familiar Gulf oil spill live video feed, the League of Conservation Voters Action Fund superimposes an image of Lincoln over a picture of the Capitol Building “leaking” cash. The ad slams Lincoln for taking contributions from oil and gas companies, and for her votes on offshore drilling.
