Rep. Justin Amash (I-MI), who left the GOP in July due to frustration with the party’s timid deference to President Donald Trump, jabbed at Republicans on Wednesday for attempting to obfuscate the shocking revelations that have emerged from the House impeachment inquiry.
Well, somebody needed to say it. It’s not very admirable to stoop to the ignorant, uninformed level of an electorate instead of trying to admit to the truth and educating them. But let’s face it, Republicans are terrible at communication skills; it’s all about “marketing” with them and selling dog poo.
There’s Jordan’s lackey Castor behind them in the picture. I just now realized that Castor isn’t the Intelligence Committee Counsel, he is just on loan from Oversight, where he gained invaluable experience as counsel during the Benghazi hearings.
HPSCI Senior Counsel for the minority is 27 year old Meghan Green.
Clearly Republicans don’t have any respect for or fear of the voters. They probably figure that if their billionaires pay enough for TV ads the boobs in their districts will still vote for them.

Upton Sinclair — ‘It is difficult to get a man to understand something, when his salary depends on his not understanding it.’
I read some comments over at a Fox thread to try to gauge the feelings of the die hards -
The arguments all seem to be about their not being enough evidence. “Trump said on the phone call that there was no quid pro quo” so there is no proof of bribery.
“Sondland didn’t actually hear it from Trump and changed his story” etc
What I don’t see a lot of are Un-categorical claims that Trump is 100% innocent. It’s a lot more - there’s not enough evidence to convict. This is also in line with what people like K Starr are saying today. Plus, a lot of talk about Bill Clinton not being removed even though he committed “an actual crime.
This seems to be a change in thinking - we are now into tribal protection of their dear leader who deep down they know did exactly what he’s being accused of. But I’m pretty sure that the majority of the folks sitting at home with their MAGA hats glued to the testimony on Fox know the score.
I feel like at this point you need to switch to comic sans in bold to more accurately simulate the now famous “Sharpie Notes” beloved by our shitstained moron.
