So far, Garland’s DOJ has shown little appetite to go beyond prosecuting the direct crimes of those who assaulted Capitol police and broke into Congress and focus on higher-ups who potentially incited the attack.
What evidence do you have that such an appetite does not exist?

If you want to lose a lot of cases quickly, just have LEO run around arresting everyone that some Twitter group says did something bad…

Good point. However, having sat through Mueller’s testimony, I find myself a bit wary of the low-key (Loki?) delivery.
I wish he would emphasize this point a little more: “Some politicians want to distract from what happened on Jan. 6th, but it is ordinary citizens who are the most energized to bring these insurgents to justice.”
