There is a code of ethics for a lawyer, isn’t there? I was under the impression that it establishes the principles and rules of conduct that attorneys should follow at all times in “fulfilling their professional responsibilities and in order to preserve the dignity of, and respect for, the legal profession.” I guess he was absent from class on that day. They really are like the gang that couldn’t shoot straight, aren’t they?
