After a lawsuit filed against the Drug Enforcement Agency for three years of foot-dragging, the Justice Department will finally move ahead in expanding marijuana research.
Anyone else get the feeling that they are going to try to outlaw vaping and E cigs? Been a lot of press about one recent death due to vaping and a handful of teens that have been hospitalized due to vaping. Never mind that there are 480,000 deaths annually due to tobacco. That’s 1,315 deaths a day just in the US. I think some of these vaping problems are caused by using products that are concocted at home and have impurities and contaminants.
They have stressed that some of these lung issues have been experienced by teens who have vaped THC.
I’m just a little curious why they are giving these isolated incidents so much coverage.

Which is exactly why we need scientific research. All the DOJ has now is anecdotal stories.
and what about all of the teens with the same lung scenario that did Not vape THC? i suspect that chemicals that are being used in making vape oils by some manufacturers will be the culprit.
Sessions coming into contact with marijuana leads to their mutual annihilation, but if we could harness the energy that is produced we could replace some of those dangerous wind turbines.
LEOs of all stripes do NOT want cannabis legalized. It deprives them of their “go-to” reason for unconstitutional searches… “I smell marijuana”. That’s all they gotta say and they can search your body, your car, your home and all your possessions. Bodycams and cell phones cannot record smells - so there’s no way to contradict the LEO.
Black guy in a white neighborhood? I smell marijuana.
Hispanic male driving a nice car? I smell marijuana.
Scruffy guy in a high-end shop? I smell marijuana.
Driving while black? I smell marijuana.
Dude looks like my wife’s boyfriend? I smell marijuana.
Just wanna fuck with somebody? I smell marijuana.
See? Easy peasy!
