The ACLU let a federal judge know Tuesday that it is not satisfied with the Justice Department’s claims to have “inadvertently” withheld production of documents connected to the census citizenship question litigation.
Have we reached the point in our program where every time Congress asks for information they send a subpoena, and a notification to the ACLU? And every time the ACLU sues the Trump maladministration they send a notice to the House to ask if they have any documents that might be pertinent to the law suit?
@lastroth I think you’ve discovered the deep state conspiracy between the Democrats and the ACLU to overturn the lawful results of the 2016 election, aka, the persecution of the chosen one.
You know it’s getting hard to tell what is Trump directed actions and policies from what is evil standard Republican means and methods.
After Trump is gone I recommend an exorcism, a saging, and any other religious/quasi religious method to get rid of demons.
I’m good with trial be ordeal. Throw them into a pool of water bound. If they sink and drown they were innocent. If they float they have been “rejected” by the water and must necessarily be guilty.
Likewise! I was already, but have upped it as they’ve continued to go after the despicable child torturers at CBP/Homeland Security. Trump’s endless outrageous and usually criminal behavior keeps the subject off the news for the most part – just as well since the combined blind fury and abject horror elicited are pretty overwhelming – but I’m very thankful that Lee Gelernt and the ACLU team have stayed focused on it. I just wish some of the responsible people up and down the chain were facing charges for the pain and permanent damage they’ve inflicted.
If the judge orders that audit and it’s done seriously, a lot of people are going to be toast. Because the least incriminating thing it could reveal is utter incompetence and failure to perform a real search.
