A Memphis Poll Worker Was Turning Away Voters Who Supported ‘Black Lives Matter’ | Talking Points Memo

I don’t know if anything he does can be considered brilliant. And kind of surprising he hasn’t had a news conference about covid to make all kind of bs claims and surround himself with morans like Atlas.

To be clear, I think it’s brilliant in the same way that the ravenous bugblatter beast of Traal is brilliant.

I think that if you ask Governor Whitmer, she’d agree with you.

I think we should count our blessings that the magats can’t get tanks.

He’ll deny that (and the evidence is that he doesn’t actually have a platform). Really, his position is more that Black lives may or may not matter, but lets test that by killing them all off and see what happens.

As one travels south, Memphis is the first place you really get a taste of Southern Politeness. It’s an acquired taste apparently, because it seems to cover some pretty deep tensions. It must be hard to live with that on a daily basis.

Can they provide a safe parking space? Here you have to move every 72 hours if parked on the street, and break-ins are always a problem.

Errr, I think if you own a tank you’re allowed to make your own parking spaces. As for the break-ins, you’ll have to talk to the landmines guy…

But but but…John Roberts’ SC assured us all that the states are not ever doing bad things again re voter suppression or racist crap ever again. Super promise they did.

Fools.

Of course it’s a political statement. No Republican would ever support it. Even Tim Scott would never wear a Black Lives Matter T-shirt.

Can they provide parking where you won’t sink into the ground over time? Even big pickup trucks do that sometimes.

I have been working throughout the pandemic as an essential worker. One of the drivers who comes in regularly said the virus will go away after the election — ohhhh boy it’s a good thing we wear masks because boy did I have to bite my tongue so as not to say good luck with that,

Not all the verses, of course.

But wouldn’t insurance be expensive?

There are rules about electioneering inside the polling site, so you are not supposed to wear candidate paraphernalia. That does not mean you cannot wear any political statement on your clothing.
