I’m related to some members who (obviously) survived that. My great grandmother was the last of our family living in the area. She died in the early 80’s at 102 years old.

These probably are mostly the same people who voted to ‘investigate’ and delay the vote count on January 6. They should be the subject of action to remove them from the House based on their attempts to subvert the election. That would leave them with less time to stir up crap like this again

Glad to see that they’re still carrying water for the guy who lost them the White House and the Senate. Carry on!

Cheney is not crazy enough for the GOP as they now exist. I’m surprised she won the last leadership vote.

The Word of the Day is ‘Dividends’.

Noun

A benefit from an action or policy.

Ex. “The current collapse of the republican party is paying real dividends in the destruction of their candidates and officials.”

The DC press put up with Hiding Behind Hedgerow Guy, The Corpulent Lying Eyeshadow Lady, The Lying Drunk Lady, and the Skinny Blonde, Lying, Nothing Written on Many Pages, Lady with tolerance and very little bite back.

Guarantee, they will openly resent and disparage the Smart, Knowledgeable, Red Headed, Gives As Good or Better Than She Takes Lady in very short order.

See, this is why the Republican Party is doomed. “Conscience”? What kind of left-wing loonie tune is this Cheney woman, anyway? Go back to the Communist Party, why doncha?

While I don’t necessarily disagree with that statement, I don’t quite see how it relates here, since the story is about primarily republican men hating on one republican woman. But you do you.

Ostensibly about Trump and Cheney.

Really about the “Freedom” caucus types and their buddies flexing. Or should we call them the “insurrectionist caucus”

So you think GOP women in the House will unify behind Cheney?

Both of them?

It’s not “them” so much as “those voters” that vote for “them”. They are a reflection of a considerable and quite reactionary portion of the electorate. I don’t see much change in the works for another couple of generations.

I think they’re scared shitless.
It’s the “hang together or hang separately” mentality.

The correct answers are “No. And heck no!”

They can’t form that 3rd Party fast enough, as far as I’m concerned. It’s the one time I wish Trump wasn’t so damn lazy and allergic to an honest day’s work.

Like I said, GOP women hate women so much they won’t even vote them into Congress.

13 of 211 are women. So right now you’re WAY more misogynistic than Republican women.

I don’t want to say Liz Cheney’s in trouble, but Boebert is already tweeting out her location.

That question sounds like a Pete Doocy special.
