Alejandro Velasquez, an activist associated with white supremacist leader Nick Fuentes’ far-right “Groyper” movement pleaded guilty on May 16 to a charge of making a “threatening communication” directed at a conference held by the group Turning Point USA. Velasquez, a 19-year-old Texas man who was known by the online alias “LatinoZoomer,” had written a post on Instagram featuring a gun emoji and declaring the start of the conference would be a “day of retribution.”

If his explanation is even borderline plausible, it might be hard to get beyond reasonable doubt. Of course, that does mean that he hangs with a bunch of people enjoy passing child porn around as pranks. :nauseated_face:

“You know, I do my delivery and you can hear the cockroaches crawling under the tables. I’m like, did I say something wrong?”

As described, the child porn charge would have been punishable by up to 20 years. The feds do not drop charges like that in exchange for a guilty plea on a charge that’s realistically only going to get him with time served. So my suspicion is that the forensics cleared him of possessing it “knowingly,” as the statute requires.

Has anyone else noted how dorky these “tough guys” are. Fuentes punks are incell pukes. The Oath Keeps a bunch of fat ass underachievers and the Proud Boys a nothing but a wad of “boys” living with their mothers and have nothing to actually be proud about. I’m wondering if these groups are not run by grifters hustling dorks and losers for membership dues?

They are always 18 to 25-years-of-age guys. Disaffected, isolated boy-men who’ve yet to love someone or apparently been well-parented. Picked off by far-right propaganda poisoning. Destroying their lives when they try to march to the frontlines, set aflame by attention-whore Nazi-sympathizers like Nick Fuentes, who themselves wouldn’t be caught dead near the scene of the action they foment.
