Jerry Falwell Jr. just wants the evangelical university he ran for more than a decade to stop shaming him.

So Gov. Reeves is going to put the state of Mississippi in the position of paying for the hospital, or other long term care for a 15 week fetus?

Liberty was trying to “embarrass Falwell and his family.”

That’s a lot like trying to make TFG blush or tell the truth.

Okay there, chief. Liberty is ruining your reputation by pointing out how you ruined your reputation. That checks out.

Not enough coffee yet. First thing I saw was “pubic shaming”, and given it was about Falwell, it made sense.

Falwell dismissed the lawsuit as a “novella,” saying that Liberty was trying to “embarrass Falwell and his family.”

And Jerry Jr. will be flogging it in the corner while that goes on.

You beat me to it.

Grand baby arrived at 23 weeks and under 2 lbs. I have no idea what the weeks of NICU and other support for several weeks cost but thank dog he was born here in Germany, where his parents needn’t worry about going broke paying for it…. Fifteen weeks would be considerably smaller and exponentially costlier.

What an asshole.

I wasn’t aware that Falwell had a sense of shame.

Apparently, neither was he.

I doubt he does; although, he clearly has an acute eye for how things appear to his public.

First response was before I even watched-so here’s more.
Gov. Reeves when you force that 12 year old rape victim to carry to term her rapist’s child, are you then going to support the two children? Or are you going to do what some S. or Central American countries do and take the baby away? Or are you proposing that the state induce birth at 15 weeks so that the state can then support the fetus until such time that it can be put up for adoption?
Will you force the rapists to pay child support? Will the rapist serve any prison time?

I do love the stony blank stare when Tapper does bring up pregnancy by rape.

He can gin one up if there are a few bucks in it, apparently.

Yeah this is why men should be in charge of women’s health care.

Sure, Jerry, sure. It is AMAZING to me how fast these blockheads will throw their wives under the bus to save themselves. McDonnell, Falwell, etc. insisting that although they reaped much from the indiscretions they didn’t know ANYTHING about it. C’mon.
