Judge Immergu is blinkering himself when he states that judges are in no position to second-guess a President. Neither Portland nor Seattle has asked for help, nor has any other party that is involved on the ground sought Federal involvement. Trump and this judge want to disregard a plain reading of the Constitution and well as subsequent precedents.
