One of the earliest districts to begin the school year in Georgia has already reported the quarantine of more than 900 students and staff and the closure of one of its schools as administrators try to contain an outbreak of coronavirus on school grounds.
How could anyone possibly have foreseen this?

Cobb, Gwinnett, and Dekalb have all basically shut down āliveā reopenings because of outbreaks among administrators just in the preparation for reopenings. Fulton county didnāt even bother, they just went straight to remote teaching as their plan.
So, it would probably be fair to say, that as this date, its been an abject failure.
