Amazing…the Supremes try and PRETEND that they ultimately look at the law and don’t do ‘partisan’. What a laugh. A fkn laugh.

Funny that we can’t use “But his emails”, since he never emailed.
I do wonder if he kept ripping up all the paper documents that crossed the Resolute desk? And are those people still trying to tape together the pieces?

So does mean that eventually Thomas loses his vote on the Supreme Court, too? If so, the fascists won’t care, because women didn’t have the vote when it all started either so the three females will all lose their votes, as well. This would give them a four to one court, which should get them about all they need.

Oh well, C’est la vie…

No, just rich people will be permitted to vote regardless of race or gender.

I just can’t wrap my head around the fact that how one is allowed to vote, or the hoops in which some people in some states have to go through to vote, is dependent on which state you live in.
It can’t be this hard to allow all eligible voters, eligibility should be consistent in all states, to fucking vote.

“Don’t scare me with the Supreme Court bullshit, you neoliberal shill” Leftists from 16, where you at?

Still planning your glorious revolution from Park Slope and Berkeley? How’s that going? Still figuring out how to make 48 into 50 in the Senate? Please, we’re all ears.

You get it. I get it. But Manchin is the only one who really counts, and he’s not 3/5 of a person, so he doesn’t give a crap.

Does anybody know if these restrictions were in place before the 2020 election or were they stayed?

He’ll be granted 3/5 of a vote but the reactionary “originalists” will still have a commanding majority.

This is the long game that Republicans have been playing. They can’t win and/or hold on to power any other way.

The typical midterms turnout shows how many people actually care.

starting to get the idea that blue side better put some gloves in preparation of getting dirty, might not like playing that way but there seems to be little choice left

I cannot claim to know how to go about it, but there is potentially a way to turn these laws against the red voters for the benefit of unintended outcomes

don’t know if it would apply, but challenge every red voter, challenge how voting is done, how ballots are collected, and enforce the shit out of the ID laws at every nursing home and retirement community, make it as difficult as possible to let their base access the franchise

if it’s good for the goose…
