5 Points On The Newly Released Testimony Of Rudy! Sidney! And The Big Lie Gang | Talking Points Memo

A mass of documents gathered in the course of a defamation lawsuit against the proponents of the Big Lie is out, providing depositions with those who led the fight to overturn last year’s election and records that shed new light on the effort.

“The lawsuit has allowed Giuliani, Powell, and others to face close questioning”…
er… that’s required, not allowed.

Are there videos of these depositions? If so, where are they? And, if not, why were they not videotaped? Pictures are worth 1,000s of words.

Hard to prove when you never show those affidavits, Rudes.

“And everything I alleged, I have at least one and usually 10 or 15 affidavits to support except nobody wants to look at them,” he added.

Is Christina Bobb a lawyer? Can we add her to the list of lawyers who’ll face sanctions or disbarment as a result of worship in the Church of Trump? Please, can we add her name?

Slightly OT (still insurrection related). Do you think there’s something to this? I haven’t decided. Could be that inside knowledge was shared, or it could just be that the buildings have needed improved security features for a while. Worth taking a closer look though.

“The complaint that was substituted… completely subverted our theory of the case,” Giuliani complained. “There were more than a few acts like this.”

And, when he’s done solving that mystery, he’ll doubtless return to figuring out who stole the strawberries.

The article’s worth a read.
In at least one case, the insurrectionists bypassed the newer, reinforced windows and moved directly to the older, simple glass windows.

As I and others wondered, does have anything to do with the large numbers of voters that have been purged lately, especially in Florida? Some are legitimate, but how many others will need to re-register, just as they did in Georgia?

Throughout all of this, attorneys for both sides kept trying to convince Giuliani to stop talking.

When even the plaintiff’s lawyers want you to stop talking…

This makes it clear that it was both unsurprising and appropriate that Ghouliani was counsel to the Donald.
He’s gonna control the narrative right into bankruptcy.

These clows are just bat shit crazy. No matter what proof that Trumpy lost comes out, they will claim subversives or deep state or some other equally bat shit crazy idea. If these clowns down lose the $1.3 billon law suit, there is NO justice in the legal system.

If Rudy has all these so called affidavits then why doesn’t he produce them or better yet why doesn’t the prosecution ask for them as part of discovery? I’ll bet they are signed by the 3 Stooges and Loony Tunes comic characters.

They’re on the order of “my uncle forwarded an email about this guy who said his neighbor told him he saw . . .”

What “privilege” was Rudy supposed to invoke, urged repeatedly by his own attorney?

It’s usually referred to as the 5th Amendment.
