It’s good to have a judge elucidate the components and features of the scam. Each of the ever-mutating arguments put forth by the Conman Maladministration seems superficially plausible, if you don’t know any of the facts of the case. Laying out the whole swindle, point by point, is very helpful in showing that the White House’s whole case is bogus as a $250 bill with that guy’s face on it.

As the Judge lays it out, trump and miller and rubio (except he doesn’t have the stones for it) et al could be using bone saws on innocent American Citizens and this vile hideous disgusting administration would think and try to justify that as well.
They are truly ugly miserable empty hate-filled things who defy us all by their utter lack of humanity. Those who glom on to them are just as horrid.

Trying to imagine what would have happened if the gang that couldn’t shoot straight had succeeded - in assembling 137 people, invoking the Alien Enemies Act, loading them on a plane and delivering them to CECOT in El Salvador, all before anyone knew what had happened.
