If I needed a prison I wouldn’t pick a place on an island that had to be demolished and rebuilt from scratch. I haven’t seen any numbers, but I’m betting the BOP is looking at a billion dollar project. And this is a demand from a real estate expert?

The first two, yes, but Alcatraz? I’m not sure how many U.S. Americans today under the age of 65 are aware of Alcatraz’s history or have even heard of Alcatraz. I doubt many of those from south of our border who are contemplating entering the U.S. without documentation have heard of Alcatraz.

I live in France - retired 'Murcan who ain’t never f*****g coming back. 'Cuz here in France we have nice things. Not just wine, pate, and pastry, but universal health care that we can afford, housing we can afford, public transportation, bike lanes, and parks. And did I mention the wine?

First of all Ackman is looking at what is best for him, secondly as the hedge fund manager that he is, he is looking at next quarter or maybe a year. The Chinese like to think that they look at 50 years, and then there is no way that caving to Trump is in the national interest.
