Discussion: Trump: Russia Should Be Part Of G-7 Summit

Can’t wait for Russia to start exporting those coal-powered Android tablets after they are let back in the G7 like you’re wanting, Donald. And their one-pound samplers of Polonium Crème Chernobyl Chocolates are to die for!

The only goat in history that got a $130,000 payoff.

If the G7 were expanded to ensure inclusion of the biggest 8 national economies, would that bring in Russia?

No. China has a way bigger economy than Russia.

If it were expanded to capture the 9 biggest?

No. Brazil has a bigger economy than Russia.

The ten?

No. India has a bigger economy than Russia,

All of the G7 countries PLUS China, Brazil and India have bigger economies than Russia has.

And Republicans shake their heads in agreement because they are that feckless and unwilling to stand up for our country or do anything about how tRump is destroying America and our international allies since WW2. They are all pathetically lame.

BigAg and industrial manufacturers in the Midwest will rue the day if they ever supported this bozo. Now that they’ve bought back their stock, good luck on getting anyone to pay for their overpriced products after tRump destroys global trade with our best partners on specious grounds that this is a national security objective of his. He will singlehandedly destroy our economy. Just because it hasn’t happened yet, doesn’t mean its not already in its planning stages. Russia can thank its lucky stars it made tRump pres*dent. All this is working according to their plans.

I’d love to see Trudeau respond: “with all the assistance Russia gave Trump’s presidential campaign, I can understand Trump wanting to express his gratitude yet again.”

Yes, Russia was a member (when it was called the G-8) until they were expelled and sanctions applied over their illegal annexation of the Crimea from Ukraine. Trump’s basically talking about undoing all the punishments, allowing them to keep Crimea.

Yeah, no collusion…

Russia’s GDP is around $1.3T. California’s is around $2.5T.

Maybe California’s Governor should be part of the G7?

California’s economy is now the 5th-biggest in the world, and has overtaken the United Kingdom. New economic data puts the California economy at $2.747 trillion — bigger than most nations. The ranking puts in fifth in the world, just ahead of the United Kingdom, which is on $2.625 trillion.May 5, 2018

California’s economy of $2.7 trillion sits behind the United States, China, Japan and Germany. California’s large economy is attributed to its thriving tech sector and Hollywood, according to the Associated Press. It has 12% of the U.S. population, but has contributed 16% of total job growth between 2012 and 2017. California’s gross domestic product also went up by $127 billion from 2016 to 2017, helping to give it a push to reach the fifth spot.

Yet we don’t get no respect.

He added that he has been Russia’s “biggest nightmare” and that Russian President Vladimir Putin probably wishes that Hillary Clinton had won the 2016 election.

He’s insane and stupid, yet canny enough to know his base is stupid, too. Specifically, they’re stupid enough to not see the contradiction between demanding that Russia be admitted into the G7 while simultaneously saying he’s Russia’s worst nightmare.

Maybe I’m too hard on them, though - their preferred media will likely not present this contradiction to them. Then again, anyone who can’t identify hannity and his ilk for the flimflammers they are isn’t very smart.

“they have a picture of him having sex with a goat”

With Melania sitting in the corner laughing her ass off.

This is not a “likeable” comment but it is true. PuPPet has aspirations to be a tyrannical dictator and these guys running these places are his role models.

The stock market tends to be sensitive to the news - if Trump does have his temper tantrum and either pulls us out of the G7, gets us thrown out of the G7, or just triples down on his tariff threats, we could be looking at a major market drop in the next week or so in response.

I keep wondering when the Party of the True Americans (flag wavers and all) will denounce the embrace by their leader of our arch-enemy in the world.

Truly, McCarthy is spinning in his grave. To think his party would be led by a grovelling sycophant of the very communists he sought to destroy in America.

And in the G-7—which used to be the G-8—they threw Russia out.

He added that he has been Russia’s “biggest nightmare” and that Russian President Vladimir Putin probably wishes that Hillary Clinton had won the 2016 election.

Don’t forget Duterte and Erdogan.

Those guys are experts. Trump is just a wanna-be loser. Always has been a failure in life, never measured up to his dad in anything. L-O-S-E-R.
