I don’t understand how comments like these help Bernie Sanders.

With all due respect to Sen. Sanders–and I have a great amount of respect for him–this type of innuendo is beneath him. Hillary Clinton embraced President Obama years ago … remember when she joined his administration? Seriously, Sen. Sanders, please don’t go there. You are also belittling many black Americans’ choice(s) to support Clinton – you’re saying the wool was pulled over their own eyes.

A lot of people say “I like Bernie” or “I love Bernie”. I don’t like/orlove him on a personal level and it’s shit like this that just reinforces my feelings.

Mr. Sanders, many of us like it when Hillary embraces Obama because we also like Obama, and think he’s been one of the best presidents in our country’s history. And in the face of ridiculous Republican hyperbole about how awful Obama has been, we find it refreshing that Hillary is happy to celebrate the President’s many accomplishments.

Stuff like this is why I just can’t feel the Bern.
