I guess there should have been Ak-47’s strapped to the stirrups in each examination room. That way when some nutcase comes storming in a woman having her cervix examined could just fire away and stop him in his tracks.

Yep! Terrorists use exactly the same excuse to justify their own terrorism, “violences begats violence”. I cannot find that structure in the Bible anywhere.
She just gave her blessing to kill people who disagree with her extremist religious views.
Shame is as foreign to these people as the Bible.
They would stay in business just fine considering it is a small part of what they offer. Charging for a procedure is not some strange new thing. And it is easy not to charge if you provide no other medical services other than helping people find Jesus and such. If you go through adoption services and the like people are still paying.
As far as co-conspirators, the people who created these false films are very responsible for these peoples deaths.
