If they’re guilty is there a reason they should ever walk free again? Rape, essentially at gunpoint. Throw away the keys.

There’s a lot of crap behind this stuff. But I’d have to say this is a place BLM could make a difference…if that’s what they really want to do. Blacks in the North have the same opportunities as Blacks in the South…which is no opportunity if they’ve been reared in a rejectionist subculture in which crime is cool and violent crime a right of passage. These guys have been reared into this. It is their inevitable end until we want it to end.
But fuck’em. I agree, kids or not fuck’em. When I was 15 I knew what this shit was. So do they. Lock their asses up and screw all the “juvenile” shit. Try them as adults and jail them forever.

These losers are well-known in the area, as they frequently shoplift in this bodega. This is what “stop and frisk” was doing. For non-NYC residents, “stop and frisk” was a bad policy. For NYC residents like my daughter, who have seen the racial climate of NYC go from good to horrible under deBlasio, the “stop and frisk” end has released the animals to terrorize the normal people in NYC. If you allow animals to get away with small crimes, bigger crimes will happen. That is what happened with Bundy, and that is what is happening in NYC, and that is gonna elect Donald Trump.
What in the world does this disgusting, evil crime have to do with race? What does this have to do with rites of passage among black youths? White boys have committed gang rapes against white victims. Latinos have done the same to Latinos. Its an especially big problem in India. Why bring BLM into it unless you’re just looking for an excuse to tarnish that movement with a brutal crime that has absolutely nothing to do with the movement? Honestly, your post could’ve been written and recited by Limbaugh.

I was never against stop and frisk, if they’d spend just as much time walking up and down Wall Street, throwing hedge fund managers up against the wall when they made furtive movements with their cell phones. Then they could search the phones for kiddie porn and evidence of insider trading and financial manipulations and fraud. In the aggregate, that would do a hell of a lot more good than shaking down homeboys for doobies and Saturday-night specials.

This crime is news; so, by definition, such crimes are unusual. Unlike, say, school shootings. Yet, here come people screaming that the perpetrators need to be tried as adults, that they should be castrated, and–most tellingly–that they are animals.

Bet the father wishes he had a gun. Then he could’ve killed those sickos before they committed this crime.

School shootings do not make the news? They are actually always bigger news than rapes, and make the headlines far more often. Just a bogus report of an active shooter makes headlines and is all over TV. Yet there are FAR more rapes than school shootings. FAR more.
Meanwhile there are daily shootings in inner city areas that kill people. Happens all the time. But that does not make the news.
I think the only reason why this rape made the news is because of the father being chased away at gunpoint, and the fact that she was raped by 4 guys. Pretty sick. And yes, I would classify such people as animals, as I would anyone who does school shootings (like the Columbine kids, etc.).
I called them animals, and I’ll stick with that. What makes us human? Many would say a “moral sense”. These animals clearly lack it, and are simply fulfilling animal desires.

But of course you ignore the fact that nobody (including President Obama) has sponsored legislation that would have prevented the father from having a gun, but rather we support legislation that seeks to make it harder for the perpetrators of the crime to posses a weapon.
