She sued on the state constitution, not the First Amendment. That she did not claim federal relief means she can probably still go to federal court.

Almost by itself, this ability to fire prosecutors makes a fascist state.
Compliant judges, prosecutors, police – he’s doing it with little or nor opposition, and that fact should be a 5-alarm fire drill, but it isn’t.

Don’t these people realize that the more they raise this issue and make it prominent in the news, the more people will come out as trans? Or will they?

This hatred of trans persons is pathological.
It is chilling and the modern counterpart to real, not metaphorical witch hunting.
